Doesn't a corporation product your personal assets unless you do something illegal?

enterprise (not corp.. personnal income and liabilities... better when you don't make much $)... 32$ registration... took me under 2 mins to do during my break at work.

The director(s) can be held personally liable in certain instances and when suing a corporation, the plaintiff can sue the director(s) as well.

The "corporate veil" is a myth in Canada now adays. Or so I am told (by legal counsel).

I'm "in the red" this year. I can deduct that from my personnal income and get a nice tax return :) As soon as it makes decent money, I'll incorporate it.. I just take advantage of the system this way..

definitly a good way to use them ;)
its good when you are losing cash or if you have a small income, otherwise, invest in a corp ;)

Mmmm.. I think I'd be running around watching my back if I relied on some info here to run any corp in any country in the world. :winkwink:

Asset/ass protection via LLC's? Under the right screwup your nuts can be chewed off and spat out before ya could spell liquidator :-)

Only real protection is via offshore corps where even the nominees have nada clue of who the beneficiary is, where he/she is or if there is even any bank accounts. On the other hand, if that offshore corp is not fucking people over - that is all irrelevant anyways and not a problem.
