America could use someone who spoke their mind in the White House. My state elected Jesse Ventura (the professional wrestler) governor a few years back and I was impressed by his professionalism and the way he told it how it is. No need to hide behind lies when it comes to leading our state or country.
In my opinion the ammendment would never pass, but look at our Constitution.. each one of those ammendments after the Bill of Rights had to have some grass-roots movement with huge opposition to start. It's definately possible. Native Americans and every other ethnicity besides caucasian have a huge advantage these days. They're abusing their past "racial discrimination" and all the "bad things we whites did to them" years and years ago to run free in this country. I personally think Affirmative Action laws need to be abolished and everyone fight for their own jobs, public offices, acceptance to college, etc. etc. etc. etc. |

"Its said that when Canadians travel abroad, many people have friendly or ambivalent feelings towards them based on their nationality. This is not because Canadians are better people. It is simply due to the fact that Canada has a small population that is not nearly so well known across the globe. For many people outside North America, the perception of Canada is a land full of many trees, beautiful water and a population of a few million lumberjacks and Eskimos. However, when USAmericans travel abroad, many people outside North America assume to know all about America through Hollywood movies and television. There is also a tendency for some to dislike Americans for the actions of their politicians whom hold such great power and influence over nations of the world. They resent the United States being the wealthiest nation in the world with the mightiest military, complete with neutron bombs and stealth bombers. So, becoming the big kid on the block may gain you some respect, but also some animosity." |

It's kind of funny ...
He is in " office" since a year or so, has really not done anything either good or bad, has no track record but people would want him as " president" ... What if this same guy hadn't made movies ... you would still want him ??? But why not president. Change the rules as it fits the agenda ... It has been going on in your country since the beginning of this century and will continue ... The constitution of the USA is brought to the level of a used tissue paper ... not to say Toil.... :2 cents: |

I don't think he's the best man for the job but if the best man is from a different country and has lived here for decades I say why not?

I personally am from california, and me and my family would all vote for him. He's got a lot of voter approval, he does speak his mind as has been mentioned, and he considers himself more of a product of the USA than Austria

Arnold for Prez in 2008!!!!:thumbsup
The only Hitler in the whitehouse is BUSH! |
I think ALL citizens should have the right to run for the leadership of THEIR country.

What is his story? social economics? All these things are always changing and cannot be defined anyway thus the education system is 100% useless. Maybe we can look into more appropriate measures. Oh, such as the stuff they put in american food. Or corruption in large corporations. The education spheel is a gay cop out because its all a bunch of spin. And if you actually get noticed or make leaps at this point in time, you have seen this movie 'a beautiful mind' yes? See? That guy really did dicover all that and he did infact have a roomate. So what does this tell us about our culture? |

It's all been blown out of proportion and once again, those working behind the scenes pulling all the plugs and making all the money don't suffer the ridicule. |

http://www.drudgereport.com/ar1.htm "Robinson says that Schwarzenegger repeatedly directed the term "ni**er" at him" Arnold has a history of making racist comments. Where I'm from, such thing is never seen as a good sign. So I must be completely unaware of the implications of what I posted. |

Why does it matter that he's an actor? The primary requirement for leadership is being loved. Does being an actor show any less proof of leadership or character than being a senator? If anything, I agree with my friend from Minnesota; I think that someone who hasnt been poisoned by decades of politics is a good choice. edit from here down: Are you one of the people who thinks we should move forward in life and embrace new things and ideas? Stem cells and gay marraige? Do you think the people who wrote the original constitution wanted guys to marry? Well because TIMES CHANGE, these things become possible. Ammendments are absolutely necessary |
This thread is hillarious.

He uses the term '******' so this automatically makes him a bad man? What about slavedrivers? What about people who kidnapp children? where is their publicity? and the war in iraq? What about that. They are bombing thousands of families over there, ruining lives, destroying peoples heritages, ripping holes in your friends, and you think ****** deserves attention?
Wah, wah, he said ******. Meanwhile, there is all kinds of other shit going on which actually matters. So in conclusion, shut the fuck up Jew |

Arnie where's himself on his sleave and I think he really gives a shit about this country not just himself. Sometimes you gut feeling knows more then you brain. Also he doesn't need the money or success, so his motives are most likly legit. |

Maybe in the middle? http://www.ocnsignal.com/images/sod-swastika-flag.jpg |
