A&F is marketed to a certain group of people. Ugly, fat, and disabled don't fit into that group. Therefore, having those people as sales reps actually deters sales.

They're saying they are over the demographic percentage of the area on blacks, and WAY WAY over for latinos. I guess the black people are claiming that the Mexicans are taking all their jobs that affirmative action created for them.
