A&F is marketed to a certain group of people. Ugly, fat, and disabled don't fit into that group. Therefore, having those people as sales reps actually deters sales.

I just read an article about a bunch of "luxury" hotels in LA being boycotted by the unions because they don't hire enough black people. They're saying they are over the demographic percentage of the area on blacks, and WAY WAY over for latinos.
