Two Days of TREMENDOUS PAIN is over!
I can finaly work my mouse and KB again..lol.
Till about a year ago I was heavily into bodybuilding. At my peak I weighed in at 180 with about 3% body fat. Anyway, to make a long story short, after taking a little over a year off, I hit the weights again this past thursday. OMG...Saturday morning I woke up screaming..LOL. My chest and tricepts felt like they had been ripped out of my body. I had to down a full bottle of Advil within two days. Fuck Im glad the pain has almost passed! Now its time for bieceps..LOL Ray
