The future of Picture Galleries
As more and more people have broadband these days, I was thinking about the future of Picture Galleries today.
Do you think such galleries will become less popular any time soon, as movies can now be downloaded in a matter of minutes? What do you think will happen to the industry in this regards? Will we see more and more Movie Galleries (short, fuzzy, low-quality 30-second clips)? |

Look at it like this: Porn on VHS and DVD has been around forever and people still buy porn magazines.
Pic galleries aren't going anywhere regardless of how fast and available broadband becomes. I do however agree that movie galleries will become more popular than they are currently.

Personally I prefer pics mostly...maybe old fashioned, but there´s nothing like a capture of that split second in time when it all happened - and leaves the rest to my imagination.
The video shows me all, and lets my imagination rest.... But, I do believe its true that in general, the faster the connections - the more demand for high quality vids. But I dont think it´ll make the pictures go away entirely
