The future of Picture Galleries
 

As more and more people have broadband these days, I was thinking about the future of Picture Galleries today.

Do you think such galleries will become less popular any time soon, as movies can now be downloaded in a matter of minutes?

What do you think will happen to the industry in this regards?

Will we see more and more Movie Galleries (short, fuzzy, low-quality 30-second clips)?

They will be still around, but movie galleries will become even more popular than they are today.

the pics galls will never 'go outta style' but surfers that are in love with their broadband are gonna love to d/l the movies now.

Some jusst like pics more. Its just going to have to be offer more pics or use movies which in end leads to free porn for them less money for us

Look at it like this: Porn on VHS and DVD has been around forever and people still buy porn magazines.

Pic galleries aren't going anywhere regardless of how fast and available broadband becomes.

I do however agree that movie galleries will become more popular than they are currently.

Personally I prefer pics mostly...maybe old fashioned, but there´s nothing like a capture of that split second in time when it all happened - and leaves the rest to my imagination.

The video shows me all, and lets my imagination rest....

But, I do believe its true that in general, the faster the connections - the more demand for high quality vids. But I dont think it´ll make the pictures go away entirely

I've asked our members and the response is, more or less, both.

A mere pose or gesture is all one needs - creative minds need no direction - others require a series of moving images.
