After a good 20min blast with my chipped Audi It glows as well. Allot of hot exhaust goes threw them turbines!

LOL that happened to me one night with my Trans Am.
Lost any power in 1st gear so I pulled over and popped the hood and the super was glowing bright orange. I ran like hell, thought the damn thing was gonna explode

I have a permanent scar from sticking my arm through one of the spokes in my wheel to tight up a swaybar link...
Brake rotors get hot, even from normal driving. |

I prefer the boost from my Super Charger.
I wouldnt want anything hot under the hood of my car but it looks cool on the stand.

I've never seen mine glowing, any time I've popped my hood at night I've checked, but everything was under heat shields and thermal wrap.
