The clicks reports are having some problems which are being fixed. Please see the post regarding this in the news section of the affiliate admin.
Problems regarding the reporting of transactions have been resolved. If you are noticing any problems with your transaction reports, please contact me with your affiliate id number and a description of the problem so I can look into that.

Doesn't anyone use the phone anymore?

I know they answer theirs....because whenever we have a problem, we call CCBill. They answer. We talk and we get whatever question or issue we have...resolved.

Posting a problem on the board....just because they didn't answer your email....yeah, I know. Emails never get lost.

Try calling them.

If I can call CCBill with a query from the UK and pay for the call ... How come you can't call them toll free in the States rather than post on GFY....
