In order to keep you updated on the current status of Client Affiliate stats, currently all stats are reporting and should be up to date, with the exception of Click stats. Since 2:00 am this morning (Arizona time), when issues arose with the reporting of Affiliate Stats we have maintained the ability to track Clicks in the Affiliate System. However, because of technical issues, we have been unable to report those Clicks to our Client's Affiliates in what we consider to be an accurate manner. The clicks reports are having some problems which are being fixed. Please see the post regarding this in the news section of the affiliate admin.
Problems regarding the reporting of transactions have been resolved. If you are noticing any problems with your transaction reports, please contact me with your affiliate id number and a description of the problem so I can look into that.

Doesn't anyone use the phone anymore?

I know they answer theirs....because whenever we have a problem, we call CCBill. They answer. We talk and we get whatever question or issue we have...resolved.

Posting a problem on the board....just because they didn't answer your email....yeah, I know. Emails never get lost.

Try calling them.
