What is a good filesize each for a 3 part mpg to put in the members section?
Right now I have a 30 minute movie split into 3 parts in MPEG format they are 100MB this is probably way too much right? The quality is really excellent though. Please tell me.

Hmm.. adultbouncer has wmv files at about 30mb for 4 mins... and the quality is great, so 100mb for 10 mins really isnt that bad but it might be a little overkill. 90min DivX movies @ 700mb usually have great quality, so try aiming for 80mb and you should get no quality loss.
