Do NOT host with WebAir. Fucking Amateurs.

Webair must be the shittiest hosting company ever.

These fruitecakes just closed my account and suspended all my sites because they couldnt make a payment or something, while, not even a month ago, they got money from my credit card! All that while nothing changed and there is enough money on it.

They say they couldnt contact me, but they didnt even phone me!
And now they closed all my sites, and I have to wait for some amateur tech of them to enable my sites again til i find another host. Yes, amateur techs. Most of their support doest know shit about managing servers. What am I saying? I'm even suprised if this isn't one person running it all.

All you fools who are going to post how great webair is may shut the fuck up.

If only the guy who posted the Webair vs. Isprime will choose Isprime because of this thread, it was worth it. How could you ever compare a company like Isprime with Webair. Go with www.isprime.com or www.jupiterhosting.com. That's hosting.

We were not overly impressed with webair either.

But we did not have an issue like that. I think with them, if you dont have one or more of the high cost servers they just dont give the CS that you would expect. There are a lot of guys that have multiple box's with them, and have no problems what so ever.

Hey, its not a high cost server. But it is a server where i make loads of money from because all my good traffic is going to those domains. Plus there are some very profitable mainstream domains on it. Im losing money as I type this. But that all doesnt matter, wether you are a big customer or not, this is really no way to run things.

I've sent my business to WebAir for years, and even during my slow periods when I got behind on my server bills, they ALWAYS worked with me. Something seems a bit fishy; however I don't think Mike will stoop low enough to air out private issues you two may have. Even though you obviously lack the professionalism you accuse WebAir of missing.

Well Webair posted in this thread. Give them your account name so we can get their side of the story. Until we do, this thread is meaningless.

Don't you think that was the first thing I did when I noticed my sites were offline? Good example of how well organized their support is.

That sucks, at least could have mailed/called. What I don't understand is why not charge 4 days earlier, and when it fails, send out an email, so the client has 4 more days....(this is just overall not only for webair)
Just a suggestion...

As far as the techs, you know isprime rocks ;-) Shouldn't have moved huh

Yeey gotta love gfy. People contacting webair about this thread and stuff. Really does its job. They enabled my sites. And I didnt even had to pay the re-enabling fee. Fortunately I noticed it before i left the house and lost way more money. Anyway, let this be a free notice to any hosting company to not automatically close accounts and disable sites. Thats the worst thing that can happen to your site, a personal downtime fault. Thread closed. Move on.

why get too pissy about a host if your CC authorization fails?

it's business sunshine.

and why not call Andrea at webair and be a gentleman, and get your shit together before bad mouthing a business?

hosting is a commodity.

when dipshits don't pay their bills the web host is less profitable and has to raise it's rates to all the paying customers.

i'm on webair, and i'm glad i'm on webair.

they are not perfect, they are not amateurs, and they are the best host i've ever had.

and as a general business modus operandi:

you will usually get more accomplished if you all less combative, people do make mistakes---a little bit of honey goes a lot further to resolve a dispute than a whole lot of vinegar.

I have a dedicated wtih Webair and only had one issue (and that was a hardware failure). However, Mike made it up to me and I'm happy. Besides the time they lost their data on some boxes, I haven't had any problems. I'm keeping my one box there... I've always had fast tech support.

I've had a couple of boxes with them for years.

Sure they ain't perfect and I moan at Mike once in a while but generally they're pretty good and Mike will do his best to keep you happy .

Just after 9/11 one of my boxes started playing up and the whole data center was under some major security. Took them ages to get to the box because of the whole security situation but they did the hardware fix as quick as they could .

Webair had a technical problem a few months back when i hosted with them... all of my sites were erased, and webair never even notified me.

I didn't even notice for a week because they were older sites that i hadn't paid attention to in a while.
