That sucks, at least could have mailed/called. What I don't understand is why not charge 4 days earlier, and when it fails, send out an email, so the client has 4 more days....(this is just overall not only for webair)
Just a suggestion...

As far as the techs, you know isprime rocks ;-) Shouldn't have moved huh
