I've been having problems the last 2 weeks accessing Adwords from my office. Something with my network configuration and neither myself nor Google can figure out what's wrong yet. It's a huge hassle having to do reports from home instead of the office.

Ya, it does appear to be a network thing of some kind. It's not a server or maintenance error, it's a 'page cannot be displayed' thing, as if no connection was found.
