Ibill - Visa rebills will rot in limbo, if you don't pay...

the $1,500.00 fee.

Am I understanding this correctly?

Thanks for any replies; since they won't reply to me.

Anyone? I really need an answer to this. Have tried emailing Ibill, and calling them several times. No answers can I get from them.
I have a couple hundred + rebills with them.

really don't know. All visa are stalled in the rebill queue ....
With the Gkard, maybe they will be processed, but the people that should answer basic questions as this are not here to do so.

In other threads, we see CCbill and Paycom immediately answering any questions or rumors...

I'm considering emailing them all, telling them I'm going to manually cancel their rebills; and give them an incentive to sign up with ccbill.

Not sure what to do yet...........

When you think that most standard contracts hav e time period for cancellation, you have to wonder if IBills contract with their bank included one.

It would of meant the bank had to give IBill 90 day or maybe more to cancel the contract.

Now if IBill knew 90 days before the end of the contract why did they not inform their merchants?

Could it of been they did not want to see three months of business slowly reduce?

What ever way it is, I would steer very clear of them. If they did not have a cancellation notice in the contract it shows very poor management at a senior level, if they did it shows what they think of you.

I think from what I understand if you are using the GKard solution you dont have to pay the $1500 dollars.

But will visa rebills go through with Gkard, with the customers doing nothing on their end?

I don't know for sure Lorsha but I've heard that's the case when Gkard is implemented. The rebills will go through and the customer will be notified. That's what I heard when the Gkard thing was first introduced, but of coure we're not getting much info from iBill directly.
I think there was a post on here from someone saying that customers were getting letters letting them know blling was being switched to Gkard, but I've heard nothing from any of my rebills about anytihng like that.

If you want to process them through iBill Direct there's a $1500 set up fee. If you want to process them through GKard, there do not seem to be any set up fees.

In my opinion, iBill Direct is more surfer friendly but GKard is more webmaster friendly. The GKard signup page might confuse surfers (why am I getting GKard I wanted a porn membership) but the chargeback risk is practically nil.

I'm starting to see some visa rebills being processed. I am assuming its being done through GKard. If you have a question, you should email [email protected]. I sent in 2 emails with questions on wednesday and actually got answers to both within 12 hours.

Took your advice and emailed them at that email. Within one minute I recieved an "automated" response:

Thank you for taking the time to email iBill. We will be compiling an FAQ from your questions, which we will be posting on CMI.

Vague bullshit as always............

Just looked at my account settings; and it says "YES" next to visa again. I did notice one totally random visa rebill from today in CMI. Now we'll see how fast it gets caught up with the hundreds of past WAY overdue rebills.....and then......wonder still if we will ever see a penny of OUR money.

There are 3 options for you at iBill
1) iBill US Direct - 1500 fee.. they sponsor you on your own merchant account
2) iBill EU - have to be incorporated in a VISA EU Country
3) GKard - This WILL process the rebills that you have VISA, MC, JCB and Discover will all continue to go through this. When it launches, that I don't know

There are 3 options for you outside of iBill:
1) PayBuyNet - [email protected]
2) CCBill - [email protected]
3) Epoch - [email protected]

Frustrating times! But the only thing that you can really do is waiti it out and earn your '6% interest paid over the next 12 months for processing done btwn sept 15 and oct 31 at iBill'

Good luck!
