Cocktail party
I'm having cocktail party this weekend.
I'm wanting a combination of 5 or 6 of 'popular' cocktails and shooters. Post names and recipes(if you got them) Cheers

Cocktails:
Martini - 2 oz Gin - 1 tsp Dry Vermouth - Garnish: Cocktail Olive - Glassware: Cocktail Glass Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with cocktail olive. Gin and Tonic - 2 oz Gin - 5 oz Tonic Water - Garnish: Lime wedge Shake both the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with lime wedge. COSMOPOLITAN - 1/2 oz Triple Sec - 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice - 1/2 oz lime Juice - Glassware: Cocktail Glass Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass Original Mai Tai Recipe - 2 oz 17yr old J. Wray Nephew Jamaican Rum - 1/2 oz Curacao - 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup - 1/4 oz Rock Candy Syrup - Juice of 1 fresh lime Pour the ingredients over shaved ice in a double old-fashioned glass, shook it well, add one spent lime shell and garnish it with a spring of fresh mint. Mojito - 1 oz of Monin Mojito Mint Syrup - 1 1/2 oz Light rum - 1/2 oz lime juice - 5 oz of Club Soda - Garnish: mint spring or lime wheel Monin Mojito Mint Syrup combines the essence of the finest wild green mint with the purest of sugar cane for a consistent tasting Mojito base. If you can't find Monin Mojito Mint Syrup, muddle fresh mint leaves, lime and cover with sugar and top with ice. Add light rum and a splash of club soda. Stir well and garnish with lime wedge and mint spring.
