I have 4 questions:

1. To how many LL do you submit a free-site and how much traffic this site receives in the first week (per day)?
2. Do you submit free sites to adult serach engines(i've saw a ton of adult se listed on resource sites). If yes how's the traffic ?
3. After you submit a site to LLs how's the traffic after, let's say amonth ? You receive more hits or less ?
4. How many free sites you guys have ?

I recently started submitting free sites, and I have a nice list of 80 LL.. traffic isn't big, but sometimes you get accepted by the big ones and you get some decent traffic.

My tip : Opt for a quality design/content to get a better chance to get listed on big sites !

I can't comment on the traffic, however here's some answers for you.

1. Submit 1 site to 90 link list
2. Yes
3. After 1 month, less
4. no comment

Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
