i swear this always happens when i have a plane flight the next day. drowsy, but can't sleep. of course i'll be tired as hell all day today. ugh.

it's 6:05 am here and my eyes are getting heavy. My wife works during the day so my hours kinda help out, because im usually getting up as she is coming home, and when she goes to bed, im off to work in my home office, so it works out good.

Nah, because when shes working, im sleeping. Then when she is home we get to spend a good bit of time together, and then I work while she sleeps at night. So i get more time with her that way. She gets home early, like at 2pm, so from 2 till midnight usually I get to spend time with her.

i had a similar set up with my ex, worked out well. then she started working for me. big mistake lol.

I get insomnia from time to time. My solution? Warm cup of chocolate and a book. Puts me to sleep on time, everytime. Try it.

I had insomnia before and it was definitely a problem for me because of my work schedule. Just a piece of advice, never use drugs to undergo sleep, it will only ruin the situation.

I typically use some relaxation music, have some great meditation stuff, soft piano and rain sends me right off.

Quiet.. i too suffer from this.. not only when i have to catch a plane.. but just about anytime I need to travel..or have an important appointment the next day.

I take over the counter sleeping pills lately.. it has helped tremedously.

I've been in the same boat lately. I have sleep apnea to boot. I don't find myself crawling into bed before 4am lately. And I'm up by 9am even when I don't get to sleep at a reasonable hour.
