full on insomnia
i swear this always happens when i have a plane flight the next day. drowsy, but can't sleep. of course i'll be tired as hell all day today. ugh.

still awake too.... lately i've been sleeping around 4/5 am, cant sleep sooner :(

im with ya. It seems I work later and later every night. Last weeks record was 9am.

Nah, because when shes working, im sleeping. Then when she is home we get to spend a good bit of time together, and then I work while she sleeps at night. So i get more time with her that way. She gets home early, like at 2pm, so from 2 till midnight usually I get to spend time with her. |

I get insomnia from time to time. My solution? Warm cup of chocolate and a book. Puts me to sleep on time, everytime. Try it.

I had insomnia before and it was definitely a problem for me because of my work schedule. Just a piece of advice, never use drugs to undergo sleep, it will only ruin the situation.

I typically use some relaxation music, have some great meditation stuff, soft piano and rain sends me right off.

I've been in the same boat lately. I have sleep apnea to boot. I don't find myself crawling into bed before 4am lately. And I'm up by 9am even when I don't get to sleep at a reasonable hour.
