Why is it that one can enlist in the army amd kill people before one can drink?
Can someone explain this to me?
If one can't drink responsibly, how can one possibly kill responsibly? Discusserate. |

Because when they are on forigen soil the legal drinking age allows them to drink, so it balances out.
