Except for the case of contests (when they should never be used), they are not cheating anyone out of anything as long as they are used just to boost the post count.

Instead,

There is a consensus on this board by ignorant old-timers and newbies alike that your opinion counts if your post count is high, BULLSHIT!

If we all know that there are post-bots capable of artificially boosting post counts, then maybe people here will value opinions based on merit and not a number (which usually shows that you have no life anyway)

im not an admin on this server but im sure non stop postings lag the server. it seems like every time a contest is running it takes forever to get a post in
