hmm
lets see a banner costs ruffly 3k per month, if you hit refresh 20 times, you wont get the same banner. thats pretty simple math to get a general idea of what just the top banner spots make then take into consideration, buttons, small buttons, skinning, mailings. id say one billllllllllliiioooonnnn dollars
