Impossible. Intelligent AI is of course possible but even if we develop a machine as complex as a brain, it will not be "conscious AI" as consciousness is a mind working thru' a brain, not just a brain.

I would love for human beings to wake up and realize how wrong it is to divide the planet into countries. Cooperation and coexistence is far more productive than competition and war. Think of how much more we could learn about each other and the world around us if there were no imaginary borders between us.
