not sure - I know Jason at fuckk.com and Dan S at nichesitez.com use it. Not positive but I think http://www.freepicspage.com/ uses AGP, too.

That's a good question - I am trying to compile a list of AGP users just to submit to regardless of traffic. It would be very uselful to those who submit manually to smaller TGP's. I hate submitting to guys who never even update their site. The one thing with AGP users is that you know they review and use the galleries or they wouldn't be running the script. I am gonna put together a list of about 100 of them. After I get the list together I will rank them by traffic.
