Thanks for the links.. I think I didn't include all relevant info.. I'm looking to rip the DVD to either MPEG1 or MPEG2 format..  SOrry about not posting all the info |

From what I understand you rip the DVD int vobs. Then you convert vobs to mpeg. Am I right on this? I personally don't know what software does it for sure though.
