Seems to me that it would be better just to ask the domain owner if he's interested in selling and then get HIM/HER to state a starting price.
If you offer too much up front, they might think you're trying to fuck them over, which you basically are. I have made a few inquiries about domains not currently in use but most of the time I never get a reply. |
