				 | On the 300D there's a button to switch between single frame per button press, multiple frame per button press, and timer/remote. Hopefully it's the same on the 10D. (Don't you have a manual?) |

				 | On my film body it's a 3 way switch but it's still the same principle - set it to timer/remote, press the shutter button, run. |
