Negative:

Questions and news items get posted over and over by differing individuals.

Even newsearch.php (at least until the time of this post) is still bad.

Well that would be good news. But taking another look at the search abuse problem: wouldn't putting a Graphics verification security system solve the problem (as suggested by many previously)?
