For the insomniacs... EXCEDRIN PM! I recommend
I've tried a bunch of stuff, but I must say Excedrin PM is flawless for me when it comes to a sleep aid. Works in 5-10 minutes like a charm. I know there are a lot of insomniac webmasters

I like being able to get more work done in a 24 hour period than most people. I hope I can stay awake this many hours a day for years to come.

im on muscle relaxers at the moment
from an injury....those are some good ass sleeping pills
