For the insomniacs... EXCEDRIN PM! I recommend
 

I've tried a bunch of stuff, but I must say Excedrin PM is flawless for me when it comes to a sleep aid. Works in 5-10 minutes like a charm. I know there are a lot of insomniac webmasters :)

Nyquil (sp) works good too, but I feel like im high when I double the dose...

I like being able to get more work done in a 24 hour period than most people. I hope I can stay awake this many hours a day for years to come.

Does it just have an antihistamine added to it?

I prefer Guinness. Works like a charm!

A good dose of 24-48 hours awake really puts me to sleep like a charm.

doesn't that stuff cause heart palpatations for people who are prone to them?

i've never tried sleeping pills before. hmm.
