Mostly destroying documents and covering things up I'm sure. Kerry winning is the neo conservative's worst nightmare, he's going to try to expose all the illegal shit they've done. People wonder why he hasn't headed much legislation in the Senate, it's because he's been busy putting people like Cheney and Rumsfeld on trail.

Bush's only option for Rummy will be to have him brought up on charges for the prisoner torture before he leaves, and then pardon him on Christmas. Like Bush Sr. did with Poindexter and others from Iran/Contra. Probably the same with Cheney's secret energy department dividing up Iraq before the war, and Asskroft's imprisoning people illegally. All their executive privilege isn't going to help them when Kerry's president. He already said today he's going to have a real 9/11 commission and that Bush and Cheney will have to answer under publicly oath like Clinton and Gore did.
