What's the best gallery builder??
I typically use Dreamweaver to make my galleries, but I'm looking for something that automatically adds navigation for the individual pictures. I've tried ACDSee, but Im not too crazy about it ... any other suggestions?

I use Photoshop with custom templates coded in my Notepad replacement (EditPlus), but have started looking at various CMS for easy members area gallery creation.
