I've gone through several different design teams and magazine production teams. This is very true. I didn't like the results and I had to go out and get other people and will keep doing that if necessary until I'm satisfied and the corporate advertisers
are happy as can be.

And honestly, I'm not kidding when I say that it is already doing advertising sales. The ads are for the upcoming issues obviously just like any magazine.

Last time I checked they were made 3 months in advance, so you had to pay now for 3 months and then wait 3 months to see your ad. Not knowing if it will flop or succeed was the bad part...cause if it did good and you didn't pay for 3 months of advertising....you'd have to wait another 3 months to place your ad again, but if it did good, then you have just enough time to place another one that will be showing when your last ad is finished. Sucks, but it is the way it is. Better to pay for 4 months, that way you have a whole month to find out if it works =)

You should try radio , much more effective then magazine and faster response.

I never did the mag ads (cause at the time I didn't have the 8k to pay for them and not see results for 3 months), I tried a local one here but it flopped so thankfully I didn't have much invested.

I've never really thought about radio...how does that work and who would you even contact about phone sex on the radio? lol
