It would really depend on which services are important to you, as well as on the bank itself.

When I worked for TD Visa, I was in the Branch Services department for over a year, dealing with bank employees. I often dealt with private bankers, and I can tell you these guys went more than the extra mile to get anything for their customers, even if it meant annoying the hell out of me.
