The website gets 850-1000 visits daily from the following sources: Google, Google Images, Yahoo, MSN, Altavista and other quality link exchange partners.

The website makes about 200-300/mth, I really haven't touched it in a long time so I'm basically selling it for the traffic it generates. Those who know what they're doing can probably re-design the site and turn it into a hot seller.

I'm going to do it like this, highest bidder gets the website.

That's called webalizer. You have one main domain, and every other domain in the stats page turns up as secondarydomain.maindomain.com . Can't say if he is telling the truth or not, but you are wrong on that one.

The domain is on a sub-domain. The only reason I hid it is because I didn't want the full path in there just to be sure.

Like you switch the dns to my servers for a week to test the traffic ( possibly shorter ) then transfer domain on payment.
