... same thing when I had my telemarketing company, had one guy in there with unusual hight gas bills ... turned out his brother run a gas station. total damage was about 10.000 german marks over 2 years time ...

What kills me isn't the money. But its the fact that they think they can pull a fast one on me. I treat everyone really really well and go the extra mile so when the trust gets broken it totally sucks.
