If you want a 1600X1200 monitor, I HIGHLY recommend the Viewsonic VP201B, I've had it for 5 months now and I LOVE it ! The contrast and colors are beautiful.

What's also nice about this monitor is that you can buy a stand and hook up 4 of them if you wanted to, check this out - http://www.viewsonic.com/multipanelsetup/index.htm I have no need for that yet though  |

Dell 2001FP is hard to beat for its quality and price.

Recently got the Samsung SyncMaster 213T
It's an 21.3" and has a res of 1600x1200. I had to get used to the 25ms response time since I always used a CRT monitor but I love it now. Great colors and picture quality and the price isn't bad either. |
