as for the hun

he does not accept ARS and MaxCash and some sites from Adwealth

he won't accept any sponsor that does not allow the surfer to go back to his page

he does accept Big-Penis, True Cash, EroticaCash, Siccash, CashQuest, ClickCash and most Adwealth sites

i also think he mentioned that he will be adding a list of sponsors that are not accepted on his submit page in the near future

another way to find out is to post a page, if you have a sponsor that is not accepted it will go to a page with the whole list

Sites and galleries that are too surfer friendly don't make money.

The bottom line is that if you give away pink...you are not going to make any money.

And it always seems to be the people that are giving away the free pink are the ones that are always complaining about conversion ratios.

I think that thread should be mandatory reading for anyone getting into the industry.....and a lot of people that have been around for a while too....

You can use Maxcash and ARS, just link to an FPA instead of the sponsor sponsor. That way the surfer can go back to the Hun's site,but if they click the FPA..oh well

So PLEASE stop this bullshit talk about TGP traffic being worthless and things. It's just not true. Sure, you might be very much against link-sites. Fine. Take your business elsewhere. But right now I bet you're boring the hell out of a lot of people with your same remarks over and over again.

Hun, you can see it your way, I'll see it mine. Personally I LOVE Microsoft... monopolies are wonderful, if you own one! I'd love to be Bill Gates, or maybe I'd just settle for the Bill Gates of the tgp world.

I do think that most all the tgp traffic is worthless these days, most of all to the guys building pages, submitting and then watching their bandwidth bills creep up to where they can barely afford to pay it because they aren't making any money.

I also stop and wonder at submitters being told they can't use this sponsor and they cant use that one, especially when they are perfectly good sponsors.

But in the end, you run your business the way you see fit and those that want to do business with you can do it -- that I'll support more than anything else, since it's the way some are successful and some fail.

First of all back to the subject. I would say as was suggested before got to the Hun's page and check the galleries for sponsors.
Doesn't seem to much trouble if u ask me.

Also "The Hun" while i am agreeing with most of what you said it is true that all the easy free porn available is making it hard for many good webmasters to make a fair living from this biz, as for you driving the Ferrari ( hope you have 2 ) you must admit that alot has to do with you having been around "like forever" and that your name is very well known.
If you had to start all over right now, i am not sure that you wouldn't agree with what kk and others are saying.. having said that you are not new so go i guess i can go fuck myself now.

All sponsors not popping a loop consoles on exiting their page, not entrapping people, not linked to with blind links or banners that look like thumbnails should be ok. They should play it fair towards the surfer. Posting a list here won't work. I would be leaving out very good sponsors that I never even heard of. I don't think that's a good idea. You can find out fairly easy by just surfing around on the Internet.

I was surfing around on Club Seventeen's paysite the other day. Found all niche content (teens in this case) there. No crap, no banners, very fast. And there was a life chat. You could tell the girls what to do and they did it. For 30 bucks a month. There's is NO FREE SITE IN THE WORLD that can offer this! Bandwidth would be too expensive. A paysite is better, just like the food in an expensive restaurant is better than at McDonalds. Still they're both making money. And to come back at the car, I could have bought a Lada. That drives too. Brings me from A to B just as well as any Ferrari would. But still people buy a Ferrari while they could buy some wreck at any carlot. People appreciate quality. And they're willing to pay for that. Easy

I fail to understand the problem here. The Hun has some of the best rules around. He doesn't like a lot of free hosts - big deal - get a real host, and he doesn't like certain sponsors. So what, use one he does. He doesn't ask for recips - most pages listed with him only have him as a recip. I would rather have no recips than the other way around.

Well obviously, people already know how to get to his site - so you are not going to be bleeding as much traffic. If you are trying to sell regular pictures to TGP traffic - then of course it is worthless!!!!

You don't have to sell them pictures. Sell them something they can't get on a TGP. Sell them videos or something - I am converting at 1 in 48 on topbucks' video sponsor.

If you think it is worthless - then don't submit. Obviously - he makes enough off his traffic to say otherwise - and people are willing to pay for it. People have credit cards - it is your job to get them to take them out.

I would rather have traffic fom Persian Kitty and the Hun vs. almost anything else except SE traffic any day of the week.

If you can't convert TGP traffic - it is your fault. You should always be testing. I can tell by looking at galleries that almost none of the webmasters are testing anything (or not testing it correctly).

My first gallery had an awful CTR, but after testing - I have gotten it up to a respectible level. I don't think it is easy, but with some hard work - I think TGPs can pay off. Keyword here is "hard" work.

Its called TheHun´s Yellowpages and if you don´t like the rules why don´t you just ignore him and his site?
My preferred per signup is ARS and I just make the fullpage ad and have no problems with that I like the money I make from my Hun listings and even if he were to ban ARS completely I would just find another sponsor.
I use mostly freehosts and I´ve made everything from 0-27 signups from a listing at TheHun, why would somebody give this up?
You can still use you favorite sponsor, with the fullpage ads.
Is it better when a TGP forces you to put his sponsor button on your gallery?
I really hate that and there for never submits to a TGP that have those rules.
Most of us lives in a free country and nobody forces you to submit to his site, so stop bitching and move on.

I was very interested to see a list of banned sponsors from The Hun.

And when I think about WHY they are banned, then I can start to see WHY people don't click on banners as much as they used to.

It's the fear of consoles and having their screen totally obscured by aggressive pop-ups.

I don't have a lot to do with TGPs, coz I run a link list. But I can only really remember sponsors being banned for not paying up or something a bit more serious.

Maybe I owe it to my surfers to at least use sponsors with no "traps" on my list pages. I don't think I would have the clout to ban sponsors on submitted sites.

whilst i respect and support your opinion and the way you run your business, I must disagree on one point ! You talked about Lada and McDonalds etc.., yes there is and will always be a demand for Lada's and McDonald's as well as High quality products, however i am yet to find a car dealer that is giving away a Lada and I am yet to find a McDonalds that is giving away Burgers, you know we are ( you as well as me and many ppl here ) giving surfers porn for free I mean 100% and most surfers are happy with what is being offered for free, that is why we have to work hard spend big $ just to make a modest living. If however there was less or no free porn available, most of us would be rolling in it ($$$) .

Though this thread was started in reference to your site I wasn't speaking specifically about you. I was making a generalized comment about the amount of free porn that I see while surfing and expressing my chagrin that there is so much free pink available to the surfer.

As you say, there are many different ways to generate income on the net. But to the best of my knowledge all of the income derived from the Internet Porn Industry comes from sponsors like us. And we pay based on the surfers that up their credit card.

If there were less free hard-core and pink available to them more of them would up their credit card.
