I would love to get a place in Vegas..I'm not ready to move from NY yet..but i'm thinking about a second place there...If you don't mind ...How much was it? and are the property taxes there?...that area is growing fast...i bet the prices double in the next few years...

haha goodluck. Only thing I kind of want to do is paint it white. I mean the color is ok. But I would rather have it white. Too bad the HOA doesnt allow it. I can't even have a basketball court. Pretty weak huh.

i like in a three bedroom semi detatched house in a small town in the UK, its worth £260k (some big amount of dollars) and you could get that for about the same!!! what is going on

Houses here in some parts of the valley are appreciating at 10% per month. They cant build homes here fast enough to keep up with the amount of people moving here and its really driving the real estate market upwards.

actually its on 2 corners. I live on the corner of a cul de sac, which is also on a corner if that makes any sense.

The front, one side and 2/3 of the back are on a corner.

they do the same thing here in Desert Shores, right inside of Summerlin. When my neighbors want to do any landscape or painting, they have to take a form around to the other neighbors for approval, which is then turned into the HOA for final approval. Its a pain in the ass, but it keeps the neighborhood from looking shitty.
