Finally am sorta getting things situated. I took a pic of the front of my house and the back yard. What do you guys think. I will probly post some pics of the inside at a later time. It is very messy and boxes are about everywhere.

Houses here in some parts of the valley are appreciating at 10% per month. They cant build homes here fast enough to keep up with the amount of people moving here and its really driving the real estate market upwards.

they do the same thing here in Desert Shores, right inside of Summerlin. When my neighbors want to do any landscape or painting, they have to take a form around to the other neighbors for approval, which is then turned into the HOA for final approval. Its a pain in the ass, but it keeps the neighborhood from looking shitty.
