Thank you for your comments, I really appreciate it !

I can tell you that I?ve got a wonderful team of colleges and we have faith in this case. We all work very very hard to make something nice and we are all proud on the search engine that we all create. And yes, I know, we are not that big as the big TGP?s in the market, but we like what we are doing so much. In spite of the believe in a positive end, we are all disappointed, some of us are angry, some of us are sad that we are hooked up in this case. We strongly believe in the fundamental freedoms to publish and to read. It defends the rights of authors and publishers to create and distribute the works of the mind without hindrance while respecting the local and international rights attached to these works. We do respect, we don?t host the galleries, we don?t ask money to be indexed in our database, we are only showing a summary of the indexed gallery based on the pictures and text of the original source.

If we give up now, we give up our rights of freedom to publish, and the big established parties with lots of money will rule. That cant be truthful.

That's a good summary if a company like BMW (cars) would win a case like this.
