Any investment that can double within 6 months is going to be extremely risky. Do yourself a favor and don't do anything stupid. Speak to people you know personally and trust.
Buying flat rate advice from a financial planner can be a good idea. Just question everything and assume that everyone's trying to fuck you. Get a referral from someone you trust. |

In the background, I built up a "team" - lawyer (not a shit one!*g*) and a load of "experts" (cos I knew nothing - still don't!) and contacted "people that matter" in international orgs. I now have a scenario in place for land development and all finance that involves many millions. It is just a matter of looking... if you don't have enough capital, get some friends involved. If the deal is good and secure - the world wants to be involved :-) Be "particular" about who is being involved tho - you can be "fussy" on a good deal :-) I still don't pretend to know damned all about real estate and the implications - it's just a matter of judgement, common sense and listening to "experts". |

By sheer luck more than anything, it turns out there are at least 16 "wells" producing mineral water - I'm told that supposed to be a viable commercial proposition on it's own, but who knows :-) Give ya a clue on the "break out of the mould" stuff - There is another patch of land.. around 350 hectares. This is coastline property and has at least one kilometer of beach and there is also planning permission for a marina. The vendor is asking $9m for this. The fact is that one hectare lot on the beach in that area sells for .. between 1million and 1.4mill. You just have to move a few of them and the total cost is recovered and you have all the rest as "profit" and future profit potential :-) I have no time to do this project - it could last for years, tho there is plenty money in it. You get the idea?? :-) |

You should think long term not short term.
Most people who achieve financial freedom have 1 or more recurring incomes. I know people who flip real estate for a living because they get a high when they make quick money but the fact is that if they stop working for a few months they will have no cash. I would avoid the stock market, private investments, and adult not because those industries don?t make money its just because the chances of making money are slim, very few make it. Good luck

think "asset creation". If you don't know what this is, you'll have some reading to do! Split up the 100K and start investing in something that brings revenue and do some speculative investments with a small amount of the rest.
If you can lend/finance. That 115K can get you 1 mill+$$ in real estate. |

You can get nice pre-engineered/easy fab building and furnish it for about 150k, rent it out to make it a little super church. Get some other people online with the idea and build a giant church. You might not do it in 6 months but you will most definitely make way more than 150k over the life of the church.
For all you people who think this is "wrong" look at it this way, they get a nice community center and place to worship, you give kids something to do other than run the streets getting into trouble and you put food on your table and if you build it for the religion you are in then you win double. Any way it goes you are in a win/win. Never seen a church built or run for free, give them a fair rent based on the size of the building and call it a deal.
