If it's a new program with something unique to offer, and the banner shows that well, I think it could be good.

for bigger programs: not so many signups, but webmasters don't forget ya and keep sending you traffic

You posted my info on this board atleast 30 + times for no reason people were calling me and harassing my family. If you relly want to keep going with this it will get ugly and I dont want that but if thats what I have to do then I am going to do it sorry.
