SexEducation.com to accept yearly payments for its purchase.
I was talking to my Accountant friend about the recent interest in the purchase of SexEducation.com.
That last month the views of the listing at ... https://www.afternic.com/name.php?id=963812 were three and this month over 275. He then advised me for taxation purposes that I should have the purchaser make payments ... So I am going to do just that. A deposit and then monthly payments over five years works for me. Works better for my bank account me actually. The minimum deposit I will accept is 50K which is the minimum bid price at AfterNIC.com. So don't send me emails - just make your bid. I will contact AfterNIC.com/Escrow.com to see if they can supervise/accomodate this type of sale. |
