I was talking to my Accountant friend about the recent interest in the purchase of SexEducation.com.

That last month the views of the listing at ...

were three and this month over 275.

He then advised me for taxation purposes that I should have the purchaser make payments ...

So I am going to do just that.

A deposit and then monthly payments over five years works for me.

Works better for my bank account me actually.

The minimum deposit I will accept is 50K which is the minimum bid price at AfterNIC.com.

So don't send me emails - just make your bid.

I will contact AfterNIC.com/Escrow.com to see if they can supervise/accomodate this type of sale.

I love having this douchebag on ignore now. Should have done it a long time ago.

Still too bad you still see his threads when he posts. Would kick ass to not see his worthless drivel at all.
