Opera Browser V 7.6 Is Speech Enabled!
Here is the link for the Beta Version of Opera 7.6 Preview 1
Its speech enabled so you can surf by voice command to your PC and also have it read text on pages while you surf. http://snapshot.opera.com/windows/o760tp1v_7141.exe * Note: This is a beta version and it is recommended to do a fresh install, not as an upgrade on top of a prior version installed. * This is for Windows based PC's.

I used a speech enabled browser for the first time about 4 years ago.

With voice command, does it recognise your commands right away or do you have to train it first?
