i wanna convert some iTunes music i've got to my mobile phone and i think it needs to be .mp3... anyone who can do this? i'll pay you... lmk

I've never used iTunes. However I do know that the new Winamp 5 Pro will convert mp3 to mp4. Not sure if it can make mp4 to mp3 though, couldn't find that info on www.winamp.com
You should check out http://www.dbpoweramp.com/ They have a forum too.
