Hey, dudes, is there anybody here, who can help us to get PayoutPal owner - Jorgen Koefoed? He has to pay one of my friends $400K and we can't find him

It is a voice mail on his mobile phone and he don't answer in ICQ and mail.
We would be glad if anyone will give us any contacts, phones, addresses or URLs (as I know he is also an owner of few Internet Casinos) of this man. Thanks!

He's already paid lots of money before, so it's not the reason. We know there are problems with dialers, but we also know he's paid to his resellers from Holland for September and hasn't paid us for the same period!
