Outlook 2002. Never had a problem with it so never had a reason to try anything else. I also have the contacts and diary in it well sorted which I would lose if I moved.

I stick with OE mainly because of it's integration with newsgroups and I've set up a bunch of mail rules I wouldn't want to have to do again if I switched clients.

I use Outlook XP and Outlook Express, the latter being by far the best and most stable.

Outlook is the #1 means of distributing viruses and harvesting emails there is. It you want to fuck your computer and all your friend's computers, spread spam and support Bill Gates, by all means use it.

Eudora is the best, has been the best for 10 years, likely always will be the best.

Haven't looked yet but Mozilla Thunderbird probably has potential if it can succeed like firefox has.

The #1 means of spreading viruses is thick skulls that insist on opening attatchments

Over 6 years on this system I have upgraded from 98 to SE to ME and now XP and have pretty much replaced the whole computer around itself while letting OE update itself all along, and in the rare need to format or replace hard drive backed up and restored OE and updated from there. I keep my AV updated, I don't click on attatchments (in fact with SP2 default they're blocked), and I have never gotten any infections from OE. Between all the junk mail I get in the accounts I've collected over the years and the various mailing lists/yahoo groups I'm a member of my OE is easily processing a couple thousand messages a day.
