1. The proposed laws are only for content and images added after the law is passed.

2. What are you going to use to prove the material was up before the law passed? Timestamps on files? That is nice as long as you never plan on changing hosting companies or moving to another hard drive.

The fact is you better plan on making your previous content complaint or you may be opening a huge can of worms.

100% agreement here. Do it right regardless of the law being passed or not. People makeshit their operations and wonder why our industry is under so much fuckin scrutiny...
